Normally on the TV flip shows they buy a house that needs repairs, spend thousands of dollars fixing it up while running into numerous problems and magically sell for a profit after 30 days. That’s fake, this is the real world niche I discovered by accident 10 years ago. I bought a house that needed repairs in Highland Hills and my contractor couldn’t get to it for a month so I put it on the mls as-is. Surprisingly I got multiple offers and it sold in 10 days. Although I buy to hold as rental property, sometimes I flip and Wholetailing is my main strategy.
