Well I had the yard cut 2 times since I’ve owned it and haven’t done anything else to it. We accepted a full price offer after two weeks on the market. I was going to pull it off the market and start the rehab but that offer came in. So now it’s a waiting period until we close at the end of August. Stay tuned for the numbers on closing day….
